What is the difference between SDA, SIL, and ILO?

SDA (Specialist Disability Accommodation) funds the physical dwelling itself. SIL (Supported Independent Living) funds the daily support you need within your home. ILO (Individualised Living Options) provides flexible support arrangements. You may be eligible for one or a combination of these.

How do I know if I'm eligible for SDA?

How long does the housing assessment process take?

The assessment itself typically takes 2-4 hours. Reports are usually completed within 2-3 weeks, depending on complexity. We can prioritise urgent assessments where needed.
